This is an extremely nice property. It is well kept and fits the description. The hosts were welcoming and helpful when we encountered issues with initial check-in and also the WiFi. The pool in the community is awesome as well. Fair warning though - the HOA is strict about the pool rules and there is someone there to make sure you follow them.

Hello, Thank you so much for the thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the property, found it well-kept and as described, and had a great experience with our team. We’re also glad we were able to assist with the check-in and WiFi issues.
We appreciate you sharing your experience with the community pool and HOA guidelines as well. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again! Red Rock Vacation Rentals looks forward to welcoming you back.
This property was wonderful and we had an awesome time. The house was very clean and organized. We had an issue that required us calling the property management company and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.
Our family had so much fun getting together here. The Waterpark was a hit with everyone. The property was so spacious and most importantly VERY clean. We look forward to making this a yearly tradition.
House is amazing! Clean, great access to the community pool. Towels, pool toys pickleball paddles available for community area. They also had a ping pong table in the garage and a bbq spot n the back area.
We highly recommend this home.

Great location communication was difficult
The house was great, clean, everything worked. It’s a really good rental house with the layout, location is close to the freeway and easy to find. We were 90 minutes to check in and I didn’t hear from the host so I messaged them on the app and didn’t get a reply so sent a couple more messages until about 20 minutes before check in when I called vrbo to get ahold of the owner, they texted me a link to do more check in paperwork which included scanning my ID. We got the code finally after 3 calls to VRBO 20-30 minutes after check in. I put the code in and it was wrong, luckily there’s a phone number in the front window. That lady was extremely helpful and gave me the right code and apologized for the check in issues. The pool looked nice but it was full to the point you aren’t gonna want to use it. Not sure if it’s always that way or a busy weekend
