Great place to stay. Right in the center of Houston. Walking distance to everything. Super cozy one bedroom apartment, private parking. It has everything you need, from towels to mouth wash. Super clean and well taking care off. Mr. Alfred it’s a great host fast response to every message and was able to accommodate my trip when my event dates change at last minute. Pool was close so I couldn’t enjoy that, but it seems like a very nice area. A little noisy because the bedroom is on the Main Street side, so a lot of traffic going early in the morning, but didn’t bother me. Overall great experience will come back next time I’m in Houston area.

This property has ALOT of potential. The pictures in the listing are from when the facility was brand new. The pool is run down, the sky view seating area is run down. The bed sheets had holes in them, there were underwear on the balcony when we arrived. The towels are all mismatched and the wash-clothes felt like dish rags, they were not comfortable to use. The washer is starting to not work I had to run our laundry twice to get it to ring all the water out. The curtains in the bedroom are not blackout and it makes the bedroom very hot when the sun comes up. Make sure to take a small fan. The door handle fell off in my hand when just opening it regularly and was not fixed before we left. It was a Sunday and the complex does not have maintenance support on Sundays, if I was not able to pop the lock on my own I would not have been able to get in. It is a good location and I imagine that is what you are paying for. I would not stay here again unless I knew the linens and towels had been updated. Thats something that is important to me. The Host answered everytime I called, and had a hair dryer delivered same day when I ask for one. Lighting in the entire apartment is in need of a lot of attention. As I said this property could be great it just needs some TLC!
