Property was very clean. Lots of extras: laundry detergent, coffee, filters, baggies-kitchen essentials, shampoo, soap, wine, sodas and a cheese plate. Lots of towels. We enjoyed the area!
We enjoyed our stay at this comfy and charming farm house . It is ideal location for reaching both sides of Acadia. The bed is was comfy and the overall hospitality and provisions were good. We would stay again !
The farmhouse was very clean and exactly as advertised. We really didn't notice the road noise once we closed the windows. It's located close to everywhere, but the back deck and yard give you that rural feel. We very much recommend this house.
Kimberly does an amazing job with her VRBO, the care and love she puts into her home truly show. We are grateful to have had to opportunity to stay at her home. The many extra touches make you feel so welcome the minute you walk in the door. One of the cleanest and most definitely the most above and beyond extras (wine, soda, cheese, crackers, soda water, guest book, brochures, notes to assist with everything). An absolutely amazing property…thank you Kimberly
Very clean, quaint farmhouse exactly as described. Heard a little road noise as was clearly described but it was not an issue for us at all. Very convenient location. Comfortable bed, pillows, and seating. Plush towels. Lovely extras provided such as cheese & crackers, wine, single-serve condiment packages, coffee creamers, & coffee. Well-stocked and functioning kitchen. Would gladly stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! The location was very convenient for all of our activities and served and a perfect base to explore all the area has to offer. We loved the full kitchen so we could cook instead of going out each night. We would certainly stay again if we travel back to the area.
Nice little home. Clean and excellent location. Thoughtfully supplied with enough kitchen stuff and condiments etc. The lack of AC coupled with proximity to the busy street was a little surprising for the price. But it served our needs After all day hiking one falls asleep regardless of noise. Enjoyed it. The back porch at night is amazing for watching stars. Thank you for the hospitality.
Kimberly's house was just as advertised. It's an adorable old farmhouse with character. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked: plenty of utensils and dishware, coffee and filters, and she placed crackers and cheese, local blueberry and root beer sodas and a bottle of wine in the refrigerator! Plenty of towels, too, which my wife always likes. Yes, the place can get loud with the road noise, but we closed the bedroom windows at bedtime which made a huge difference. The provided fans and open windows in the kitchen kept the place cool overnight for sleeping.
Charming centrally located property that was perfect for our needs. Kimberly left thorough information about the house which made us feel right at home. The kitchen was spacious, and everything was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.
Bed was comfy, house was beautiful and the location was perfect for us! Half way between Bar Harbor and Northeast harbor made it auper rasy to get whatever or do whatever we wanted without the town crowds. And Kimberly was a great host, very responsive and welcoming!
Wonderful house, clean, everything thing you need for cooking, washer and dryer. Perfect location on the island. Only negative is some traffic noise. Would stay there again.
Charming farmhouse, perfect for two people! Everything was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and Kimberly was very responsive. The location was perfect for accessing Acadia, with a carriage road entrance around a mile and a half away. Nice back deck with a grill and a private back yard.
