This was an absolutely beautiful and serene weekend escape with my family. We had plenty of room and peace and quiet! Even my teenage boys commented on how relaxing it was. We had 7 teenagers with us and had zero complaints for 4 whole days! Bring your supplies so you don't have to leave ...unless you want to go check out the goods at the general store in Mt. Ephraim. Absolutely loved!!

Pros: It is a beautiful property. The pics accurately represent the dwelling, host is responsive, ammenities are plentiful, kitchens are stocked and host recommendations were helpful.Cons: You can't check in a minute early w/o a fee. After an 8 hour drive, I arrived 30 minutes early and couldn't check in. The instructions to get in were not complete (missing a necessary step), so we ended up not getting in until 20 minutes after our check in time when the host texted they unlocked it remotely. The day before you get there, you receive approximately 3 pages of 'house rules', to include disclosing there are cameras pointed at the hot tubs with recording. It's a lot of money to pay for a place in BFE Ohio and be that restricted.

These cabins are amazing! Beautiful setting, soooo many things to do! The circle of swings around a fire ring is unique and so fun. The movie theater was just AMAZING! It felt JUST like being at the movies! The game room was a lot of fun for the kids. We loved the sauna and some of us braved the cold plunge. By far the favorite activity was fishing! Kids and adults spent hours and hours and hours at the ponds and fished every day! It was great having the hot tub and the kayaks. The paddleboards were unique and a big hit as well. Great 2 mile path through the woods to hike or quad ride. You only need to leave for groceries. Everything else is right there! We did take a trip to Seneca Lake Park that had a beach and waterside. Also found a very nice Bike trail about 20 minutes away. A few things could use some updating and maintenance though but we had a great stay. Great that its also pet friendly. The owner was very receptive to questions and replied very quickly.
