* A level 2 EV Charger is provided with complimentary overnight charging for guests. The charger is located in the carport area, and is active 11pm to 8am daily. An adapter is required for Tesla vehicles (not provided).

* Washer and dryer on site for your convenience

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire single family home including patio, backyard and laundry room. Make yourself at home!

Both bathrooms are accessed from the common areas of the home, for added comfort and convenience for all guests.

Other things to note
-Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
-No parties or events are allowed.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-Up to 2 dog(s) are welcome in the home. No cats or other animals are allowed
-Dogs must be listed on the reservation, and we do require a $100 pet fee per stay.
-Dogs are not to be left in the home unattended.
-The indoor fireplace is not currently operational.
-EV Charger is active overnight 11 PM -8 AM daily
-Hot tub connections were made by a licensed electrician in accordance with CA building code.

Please note: Our property is occasionally serviced by maintenance staff (hot tub maintenance, gardening, etc.) who may be working outside briefly during the day. We strive to keep any disruptions to a minimum and appreciate your understanding as we maintain the space for your comfort and enjoyment.
