This property had everything we needed and more. It was clean, parking was great, kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The garage was a great place for the kids and grandkids to play and the outside patio was a nice relaxing place for the older adults to hang out. We made lots of memories there this weekend. The hosts were very friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks for letting us stay at your cabin.

This home is very well thought out and is supplied well for your stay. It has a lovely back patio and fence if you are traveling with pets. It also have an abundance of parking for your vehicles and boats. It worked out lovely for a teams of junior anglers to stay and fish Sam Rayburn.

This is the second year in a row that me and my seven fishing buddies and our three boats have stayed here. I’ll tell you the same thing that I put in the review last year. It’s a great place. Plenty of room, plenty of beds ….the host was very accommodating. Book it you won’t be disappointed. !!

Family Reunion

Beautiful home, all amenities, comfortable. Cannot say enough good words about this place! Entire family enjoyed our 3 night stay. Worth every minute we stayed. Just as if we were home. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a fishing trip on Sam Rayburn! 5 Stars!But top bunks although full size… not quite sturdy enough for grown men probably only sufficient for kids and 10th bed is a rollout trundle.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house is absolutely perfect! It has everything you need for a family trip. We celebrated my son’s high school graduation and the space accommodates a large group of all ages comfortably. It was completely stocked for outdoor play, to cooking in the huge kitchen. While the house is not waterfront the lake access is less than a mile and it has a perfect family friendly beach. We can not wait to come back and enjoy this house again!

Ease of check in check out was a breeze. One of the newest cleanest houses in the neighborhood. Very close to the boat ramp in the community. This house can also accommodate to large boats and F250 pickups offering total coverage.Ample plug ins and water hoses! Loved the design layout with bedrooms separate from the common areas.

This was our second year in a row for our family men's fishing trip where we stayed at this location. We had 9 men and 4 boats. These are by far the best accommodations we have been able to find for our annual trip. We had plenty of parking (4 boats!), the house is well equipped, 9 men had sleeping arrangements without sharing a bed, wonderful outdoor layout and the garage area is most men's dream! Literally the only thing I would change is to have another bathroom upstairs where there is two bunk beds and a side room. Men navigating a top bunk and descending stairs when nature calls in the middle of the night is certainly an adventure.

Very clean. Very well kept. Everything cooking utensils ,towels, bedding,etc… all there. Covered parking for boats great! Overall great place to stay!
