Originally from Miami, Florida, my family moved to Greenville, SC when I was 16. I now live in Charlotte, NC (since ‘94) where I’ve been a Realtor since ‘01. I have 3 grown children all living in the Carolinas. I enjoy gardening, decorating, travel and time with friends and family. This was once my parent’s home where many memories were made and now, you too can make memories to last a lifetime!

Why they chose this property

I didn’t choose this neighborhood as it was my parent’s home for 20+ years. Coming to Greenville in the 80’s was less than exciting! Then, a tiny town that my parents “heard” was going to become an amazing city and now, anyone would agree! This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood between the airport and downtown. Restaurants and shopping are minutes away, accessible conveniences (UBER,LYFT, DOORDASH…) and walkability. Get out and explore this great city and the surrounding areas and come back to a quiet, peaceful place where you can relax and unwind!

What makes this property unique

If you enjoy bird watching, you will see a variety of birds in the yard especially from the back patio. The home is modern and provides views of the yard providing a peaceful atmosphere that guests comment on frequently.
