Please note that there is no parking available. Staff will be available to receive you between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.; if you plan to arrive outside this window, kindly contact your host in advance.
To ensure smooth access, it is essential to provide the full names of all guests along with your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in restricted access by the condominium, for which Del Mar cannot be held responsible.

Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.
