The Space:

Ocean air rolls in off the Pacific as you step onto your private balcony on the 10th floor, garden views stretching below and the waterfront just a short walk away. Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta is a spacious, five-bedroom condo that puts beach access, poolside afternoons, and resort facilities within easy reach - a base for long, unhurried days by the coast of Riviera Nayarit.



Living space

The condo spans a full residential footprint with room for up to 10 guests. Central air conditioning, a split type ductless AC system, and ceiling fans keep things cool no matter how warm the day gets outside. A private entrance adds a sense of ease, and the elevator brings you straight up to the 10th floor without any hassle.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are spread across the condo, sleeping up to 10 guests in 8 beds across 5 bathrooms. Cotton linens and room-darkening shades make for comfortable, restful nights, and closet storage keeps clothing organized throughout your stay. A paid crib is available for families traveling with young children.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for everything from quick breakfasts to longer meals. You'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, and blender, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table. Barbecue utensils are on hand as well - a grill can be reserved in advance if you'd like to cook outdoors.



Outdoor living

The waterfront setting gives the property a natural rhythm. Beach access is just moments away, and the outdoor pool and shared sauna offer a place to decompress without leaving the building. Your private patio or balcony comes furnished for outdoor dining, and free resort access opens up additional facilities nearby. Bikes are available if you want to explore the surrounding area at your own pace.



Bathrooms

Each of the five bathrooms is equipped with hot water and bathroom essentials, and a bathtub is available in the property.



Practicalities

An in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, and a TV round out the day-to-day comforts. Building staff are on hand 24 hours a day in the lobby, and self check-in is supported for flexible arrivals. Free parking garage access is included for one vehicle. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Please note this is a no-pet property.

Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
