Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Arms West is a great place for a family spring break. They have recovered well over the last few years and everything is new and up to date. Clean units, well maintained. The only downside was the front office staff during the reservations process. They were a little slow and don't seem at all interested in earning your business. My credit card transaction didn't go through, and I got a cancelation notice rather than a call. I was easy to fix, but a little annoying. Overall a great place for a family to have a quiet spring break right on the beach.
