This recently updated waterfront condo is surrounded by the best activities Florida has to offer! Scalloping in the summer ( in season), swimming with the manatees in winter, kayaking, exploring the local springs, or just relaxing at the pool.
The condo comes fully furnished with a washer/dryer, high-speed Internet, and cable TV. Sleeps two guests upstairs with a comfortable king size bed, and full bath with a walk in shower.
The open concept, living room and kitchen fully equipped kitchen complete with all necessities a half bath down stairs
The living room is bright and airy with a sleeper sofa and the back deck with outdoor seating area overlooking the lush marsh.
Bring your boat, the dock accommodates boats up to 24 feet in length!
Guests will have access to the entire unit

The pool was right out the door the dock had an easy access to Crystal River and the marina. The house was Tastefully decorated and had everything we needed.
