Nice place and great views

We had an enjoyable stay. The condo was fine. The couches were not great and the master shower leaked out quite a bit but overall no real complaints. The Portofino complex is pretty neat and great for families.

We spent 5 nights in condo 1-903W and loved it. After living in Pensacola for 4 years, this was our first trip back in over 15 years and staying at Portofino in this condo was the icing on the cake. The condo was exactly as described, clean, spacious and with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Would not hesitate to stay again in this same condo (just hope it doesn't take another 15 years to get back to Pensacola).

The property is convenient and comfortable. The resort is big enough to offer various activities without being too large and overwhelming. Great view of the beach, which came in handly since we had crummy weater for most of the trip. But we were able to enjoy beautiful views of the storms rolling in over the gulf.

Gorgeous and Spacious

Both the resort and the condo were beautiful. The condo is spacious and very clean with gorgeous views of both the ocean and the gulf. While our reason for coming was Red Snapper season, we enjoyed both the pools and the beach, which was just across the street, and restaurants and shops were only minutes away. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed and hope to book the exact same unit next year, if not sooner.

Great Condo for Staying & Playing!

Great condo! The layout is wonderful. It was very roomy, w/3 bathrooms, a jet tub, and a large screen tv w/Netflix and other systems access which is great for relaxing after a long day of activity. The balcony is large with a view of the ocean & the bay. There are restaurants w/room service, swimming pools, hot tubs, a spa & on-site beach rentals on the property. I highly recommend staying and playing here!

Very nice condo in an excellent complex. Unit offers a good view of the Gulf and a partial view of the bay. Plenty of room and a relaxing unit. Great location for beach access, good restaurants (especially Grand Marlin, Flounders, and Peg Leg Pete's) and reasonable drive to mall, Barnes & Nobles and Naval Aviation Museum. Excellent grocery store nearby in Gulf Breeze. This was our 7th visit to the Portofino Resort and we will return again.

Overall, nice condo with great views and great location. Unit and furniture somewhat dated. Did not have sheets that fit the pull out bed/couch. Only complaint really.

So wonderful; relaxing and convenient

Definitely a top notch place to stay. The condo was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Quality furniture and design. Everything up-to-date. Loved the balcony to enjoy coffee with the sunrise and wine with the sunset and overlook the ocean and bay at the same time. Very close to shops and restaurants but far enough away that noise was not an issue. Condo access is secure; wife felt very safe. Great spa services and workout area available, which we used almost every day. General staff was OK but check-in people are wonderful and they are there 24-hrs/day. Hey, once you've found the right place, why risk money at another - we're going back!

Fabulous Spring Break Location!

This was my family's first time in Pensacola Beach. We have traveled many places and often to Destin. This property is our new favorite destination! The condo was luxurious and the beds were so comfortable. I had the best sleep ever! This condo has one of the best views in the complex with every room overlooking the ocean and the balcony overlooking the sound, the pool and the bay. There's nothing better to wake up to than ocean outside. It's also conveniently located outside the door to the trash room with recycling containers and a trash chute. My teenage son and his 2 friends enjoyed the extra adventure package which included bike rental, paddle boards, kayak rental, extra. I highly recommend paying for the package after you book, it was worth the money. We definitely will be back to visit since Pensacola Beach doesn't have Destin's traffic and crowds and hopefully Dave's unit will available when we return. Thank you for our wonderful time!

We just sold our home in Little Rock, Ark and plan to spend part of the year at one of our beach condos and travel the world the rest. We really enjoy traveling especially to exotic beaches. We have been to the ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire (4X), Curacao), Bermuda, Cancun, Costa Rica, Hawaiian Islands (3X), several Caribbean cruises, and a recent trip to Italy. We love the sugar white sands and clear blue water of the Gulf of Mexico at Pensacola Beach.
