Shadow Rock Pavilion & Bungalow and Clapping Tree Falls. This is a 1-bedroom and 1 bathroom suite above our beautiful pavilion. The stone floor and covered patio have a view of the Clapping Tree waterfall, where the water continues to flow to the Chattooga River.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please Handwash Dishes & leave to dry
-Gather Used towels on bathroom floor
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used.
-Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to your checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
