The living room is all about comfort, with a plush sofa, armchair, and a smart TV ready for your favorite shows. Enjoy reading from a nice selection of books and playing board games with your favorite people.

FIRST BEDROOM
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed that is perfect for winding down at night. There’s also a desk for when you need to get a little work done—or just map out the day’s plans.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom comes with two double-sized beds that offer just the right amount of space for extra guests or family.

BATHROOM
This clean, efficient bathroom has a bathtub, fresh towels, ample storage, and all the basics you need to start your day.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is ready to handle whatever you’ve got planned, with cookware, utensils, and wine glasses at the ready. A breakfast table seats two, with an adjacent plush window seat for extras, and smart TV available. A dining table seats four, with extra seating for two available, making it a great spot for meals or late-night snacks.

LAUNDRY AREA
A private laundry room includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, with ample pantry and storage space, making long stays even more comfortable.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The front porch is a true gem! It offers seating for two in additional to a relaxing swing. The deck has amazing Lakebottom Park views, and is the perfect backdrop for dining outdoors. It’s a great spot to relax, enjoy fresh air, and take in the incredible vibes of the city.

LOCATION
This home is in the Lakebottom Park neighborhood. Steps from the park, and a few minutes to Uptown’s restaurants and shops, it’s an ideal base for exploring. Fort Benning is only a 15-minute drive! The Columbus Museum and Columbus Public Library are close by, keeping everything within easy reach.

There are several steps up the back deck to enter the rear entrance of the house, which is the primary entrance.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC BOOKING REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, the person booking must be at least 25 years old. and must be staying at the home during booked dates.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
We offer two parking spots on the parking pad, with street parking available if needed. The house is situated on a corner lot. Parking pad is located at the rear of the house, accessible via the driveway on the side of the house.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN TIME?
Check-in is between 4 PM – 10 PM and it’s super easy with our 24/7 contactless smart lock system.

CAN I CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE?
We totally get the need for flexibility! Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability—just reach out the day before and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

WHAT ABOUT NOISE LEVELS?
We are located in the Lakebottom Park neighborhood and enforce strict rules against parties and loud gatherings, ensuring quiet overnight hours for all guests and neighbors.

ARE PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED?
No. To maintain a quiet environment for all residents, parties and gatherings—indoor or outdoor—are strictly prohibited. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for breaking house rules. Violations will result in immediate eviction as enforced by management.

ARE THERE SECURITY FEATURES AT THE PROPERTY?
Absolutely! Your safety is our priority. The property has exterior security cameras overlooking the parking area, along with a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector for your peace of mind.
