To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.



For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure site online for $49 fee.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.



Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $200 per month for long term stay.



Pet is welcome for approval for $30 per night only. maximum one pet only. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!



A refundable $300 security deposit may be required prior to check-in to help protect the property and ensure compliance with house rules. The deposit will be fully refunded after checkout following a successful property inspection and compliance with all house rules.



Please note: For reservations cancelled within the property's applicable free cancellation period, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. This fee covers the payment processing costs associated with issuing the refund through our payment processing system. The remaining eligible refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy shown on the booking.



By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to this refund processing fee.
