Updated Spacious 3BR/2BA Townhouse Close to Area Attractions
This updated townhouse is located in Clearbrook, just a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Great for large or two families. Large picture windows with beautiful views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 6 ADULTS (house sleeps 6 adults, and 4 kids). Perfect for 1 or 2 families.
The master suite with king bed, TV, and private bath is located on the upper level. The Tempur-Pedic mattress is great if you have back problems.
Two bedrooms (one queen bed, the other two sets of bunk beds) are located on the lower level, along with a full bathroom and laundry room. Please note the bunk beds are designed to sleep kids, and really aren't made for adults.
The open concept kitchen/dining/living area is located on the mid-level and offers a large TV and fireplace, a large dining table, and a breakfast bar. A balcony with two chairs is located off of the dining room. The living room sectional is super comfy and will seat the entire family.
The loft has a memory foam queen sleeper sofa and is located between the living area and master suite. If you plan to use the bed in the loft, please note this is an open area. There is also a small desk in the loft area.
The unit is ready for your enjoyment. The kitchen includes a brew coffee maker. Sheets and towels for up to 10 guests are provided. We leave a roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, and some travel size bath amenities, as well as trash bags, and dish washing detergent. You will need to bring laundry detergent. For long stays we recommend you bring your own amenities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not put towels in the washer. You can leave them on the bathroom floors. The cleaners will gather them to bring to the laundry mat
Please bag all trash. If you can dispose of it in the dumpster to the right as you exit Clearbrook that would be helpful.
Please turn out all lights and turn heat all the way down - but please do not shut off. Thanks.

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, live in Milton MA. We love to escape from our busy lives to our condo in Lincoln. Our kids especially enjoy everything the area has to offer, including hiking, skiing, zip lining, and the general outdoors.
Why they chose this property
Clearbrook is a great neighborhood. You can avoid all of the traffic coming left out of the ski resort, since you go right to go to Clearbrook. The shuttle buses are super convenient, and the neighborhood is beautiful. The units themselves also have a great layout perfect for a larger groups or families looking for a home away from home.
