This beautiful remodeled Two-bedroom/One bath condo is only 126 steps from the beach!! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and long walks on miles of beautiful beach! Watch the whales in the bay and enjoy snorkeling, swimming and boarding. This spot is a well kept secret - close to shopping and dining spots!

Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort! The lanai has comfortable seating to enjoy the beautiful tropical gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, 52' flat screen smart TV. Includes cable and wireless connection!

Master bedroom has a very comfortable brand new king bed with hotel quality bedding and a small TV as well. The Second bedroom has brand new king bed - and also has quality bedding.

The home is equipped with beach towels, chairs, and coolers for beach or day trips! Plenty of bath towels and In-suite laundry. All this and more makes for a very relaxing Maui vacation!

Amazing property and location

Nice, clean place in great location

Clean with a great location. Everything you needed was provided when we arrived. The ocean is just steps away, and the pool is a nice addition. Safe and the property manager always picked up the phone ready to answer any questions.

Great Property!

We loved the easy access to the beach, the patio, and everything else about the property! Kitchen and countertops were built with tastes, and all appliances available were great. The AC is small, but mighty! We wouldnt hesitate to rebook the next time we're in Maui!

Perfect beach location

We had an amazing stay at this property. Easy drive from the airport and parking space was conveniently located right in front of the condo. Beds extremely comfortable and amenities like cooler, cooler backpack, and beach towels were appreciated. Property manager very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions. Easy beach walk across the street and located close to snorkeling cruise we took as well as jumping on the road to Hana. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo

The moment you walk into this condo you feel right at home. It had everything you need and more. Furniture and appliances all updated and comfortable. The parking was right out front easy to load and unload. Location was perfect. The beach just across the street (very easy to access) and a very short drive to all amenities. I would highly recommend this condo to all. I hopefully wish to return soon.

High recommended stay, especially for families

Great experience, staying with our family of 5 -- including young children ages 7, 4, and 3 months old. The location was great, closest part of the west coast from the airport, close to Lahaina in the north, and Wailea in the south. There is a beach directly across the street from the property -- awesome for watching the sunset. The condo is stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. The kitchen is also well stocked and we were able to eat in on occasion and have breakfast each morning. The rooms do a get a little stuffy at night, but the overhead fans do help.

Comfortable modern condo

Kihei holiday is a really nice complex. It is small and quite and comfortable. The Condo is really nice and well equipped and really nicely furnished. The appliances are brand new. Being a bottom floor unit is really convenient. There is a nice beach right across the street and the unit had beach towels chairs and snorkels. Melanee is a great host.

This a very well maintained , beautiful property in a wonderful location; right across Kihei Road from a long, sandy beach. It is a first floor unit with an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the Maui weather. It is fully equipped with all the beach equipment you need including snorkeling gear. The pool in the condo complex is clean and well maintained. It is in the northern part of Kihei, just far enough away from the busiest part but still convenient for shopping, restaurants etc. We loved the unit and would not hesitate to rent there again.

Short stay, clean home!

Cute place. The agent that runs the listing was not super friendly when we could not get in. Once we were in the place is spotless! Very nice quiet complex about a 5 min walk to the beach. We weren’t there much to enjoy but it’s a comfy home across the street from the beach. Very updated. Biggest downside was the hot water running out extremely quickly. You have about 4 mins of hot water before it’s cold.

No hot water, no clean AC, rooster noise at 1am!

We were very disappointed in this listing. It has good reviews so we chose it. There were many issues, including the place was grimy, I wiped a wet cloth on the floor and the paper towel was black. Whoever cleans the place doesn’t have enough time to do a good job. To top it off, we had no hot water in the showers, it was either cold in the morning or luke warm in the afternoon. This condo also sits on a rooster farm, and because it’s on the ground floor, the roosters prevented us from sleeping for the 3 nights we were there. We were severely sleep deprived because of it. The rooster started crowing at 1am one night and kept crowing until 7am. Another morning it started at 3am. So, unless you don’t mind not getting sleep and not needing hot water, I would not choose this location. Lastly, the AC machine smelled like mold and mildew, so we couldn’t use it. It was making my friend sick. Whoever keeps this place up, needs to step up the maintenance. We were very disappointed in this place, despite the reviews and pictures. The pics were a bit deceiving, the place did not look like the pictures either. There are also tons of bugs in the unit, the terminators came at 9am while we were doing the cleaning choirs listed in the unit handbook. They demanded to come in and spray while we were packing and when we asked if they can come back at 10am when our checkout is, they said they will be gone at 10. They came by twice. This place needs much improved management.

Great Stay Across from the Beach

This property was exactly what we were looking for! It was very clean and within a very short walking distance to the beach across the street. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our only complaint was that the water in the shower did not get hot, but it was bearable anyways. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Nice place with few flaws

The place is nice, pretty clean and in good location if you want to explore different parts of the island. The person managing the property is nice and responding quickly, but not necessary helpful. Here are few things we encountered: - There is a high pitch noise from upstairs whenever the neighbors use the sink/shower. That means sometimes at 5 am or late in the evening. The day we left, somebody started banging in the pipes at 6 am, perhaps a plumber. Hope they solved this issue. - If you want hot water in the shower, you won't get it. The lever seemed to be limited by how much can be pushed to the Hot setting. - Some dishes were dirty but put back in the cabinets - There are cockroaches on the kitchen counter, regardless of the fact that we left no food outside

Nice spot for Kihei area

nice clean modern condo in a smaller condo building. Patio area faces parking lot but it’s also easy in and out and there are comfy chairs and a plumeria tree in view. Beach gear included snorkel stuff , nice beach chairs, umbrella and noodles. Pool in the complex is medium size but well maintained. Also has a jacuzzi. Only minor downsides - hot water in shower could be hotter , and beds have pillow top foam that’s very soft - we debated taking off because we like firmer beds. All in all a great value and I would rent again if seeking a Kihei spot. This is also on the north side away from all the tourism and crowds which is awesome. Across street is a narrow beach but it’s pretty for sunset and evening stars.
