One of the main reasons I chose this neighborhood is the location. It’s only 4-5 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. At the same time, this specific area is not under the airport flight path, so planes don’t fly directly overhead and guests don’t experience the typical airport noise.
It’s a great balance of being very close to the airport while still staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home is also close to I-5, which makes it easy to get to downtown Seattle, Tacoma, and other destinations in the region. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas nearby, including Southcenter Mall.
