elevator went out Friday evening till Tuesday. i was on the 3ed floor. Purposely got a place with an elevator. as I'm disabled with a bad knee. After knee injury, from all the stairs, I was stuck in room.Dead bugs in dishes.Hair in bedding, and all over floor. Broom was unusably dirty/filthy

Hi Nancy. When I met you at check in at the condo complex I mentioned to you that if you had any questions or needed assistance to get in touch with me. You did with the elevator which the complex management did respond immediately and then had to wait for parts. I only heard about the hair on the bedding and the one bug on the bowl picture you sent me and the broom 18 days after you checked in. You said in your text with the pictures that you didn't want to "be a pain for anyone", but then you left this honest but bad review for everyone to see. Managing and renting properties for decades on Marco now, with MANY repeating customers over the many years and many 10 star reviews in various properties, I pride myself in giving people good accommodations. Vacations are important to our overall well being. And everyone deserves a clean and relaxing, well equipped stay of their choice. I want tenants to have a great visit and the owner's properties taken care of. But I can't give that to you after the fact. Having dozens of properties I can't inspect each property (although I'm in them before and after each tenant) as you can living in the unit. I wish you had allowed me to assist with these things to give you a more enjoyable stay and a good review. I'm very sorry about the elevator being down and your bad knee. I didn't realize you were disabled especially after watching you and your 2 friends walk up the stairs initially to your rental unit. I realize up can be easier
