Space
Villa St-Laurent has 3 bedrooms for 6 people.
We can accommodate up to 4 additional guests by adding certain amenities for an additional fee ($35/night/person). A sofa bed located on the mezzanine (reading room) and a sofa bed on the garden level can be added to accommodate up to 10 guests.
As I love cooking, I leave spices, flour, olive oil, vinegar and other basic foodstuffs on hand.
Wood is provided at will for the outdoor fireplace.
There is an indoor gas fireplace.
Passenger access
The chalet is located in the heart of Charlevoix, close to sports and cultural activities. The chalet is very spacious.
It is less than 5 km from the Casino, St Irénée Beach, and 40 minutes from the slopes of Le Massif. For golf enthusiasts, the villa is 5 km from the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Golf Club and Amerispa. In addition, you can benefit from a $25/person discount at Amerispa when purchasing treatments. You can enjoy the great outdoors since the villa is 11 km from the Charlevoix Outdoor Center and 5 km from Mont Grand-Fonds.
In the beautiful Charlevoix region, fishing enthusiasts will be delighted, and you can also take a whale-watching excursion on the majestic St. Lawrence River and visit the Grands Jardins and Hautes-Gorges National Parks. In addition, the villa is located 5 km from the snowmobile rental center.
