Perfect beach cottage! Walk to the beach was super easy, especially with the provided wagon to carry our stuff. Beach was amazing, outdoor shower was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Super cute and perfect for a beach getaway!

The place was Great! It was exactly as described and the host checked in to make sure everything was all set! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in OOB!

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
So, the property itself is pretty small. The floors are uneven and there is no way to swing a cat in there. The bedrooms are tiny and the beds and mattresses are awful. Kitchen is indeed well appointed but again it is tiny. The outdoor patio is quaint and the laundry (which is inside a bedroom) is great too. The hosts are excellent and I wished i could have give the property a better rating but at the end of the day Old Orchard beach is like redneck city went on a social security sponsored break. The place would be much better located in Camp Ellis or Kennebunkport.
