Equipped with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living area, and comfortable bedrooms.

Check-Out:
Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m.
Please make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices when you leave the property.
Also, lock all windows and doors and return the keys.
A fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.
No Additional Guests / No Parties:
Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number listed in the reservation.
Breaking this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Leaving behind a smell of cigarette or cannabis smoke will incur a $50 penalty fee.
Bedding / Towels:
Sheets and bath towels are included in the stay.
Please do not take bath towels outside the property.
Do not eat in bed or sit on beds or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
Dryer and Washer:
Use cold water only.
Bathroom:
Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet.
Use the trash bin provided instead.
Emergency unclogging of the toilet will result in an additional charge.

Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to the property.
