We came down for the Oceans Calling fest which got rained out. But we loved our stay in Sunflower by the Sea located in the Bayside community. The house is exceptionally clean and well-appointed, exactly as seen in the photos. Everything is on one floor which was nice. No need to lug suitcases up and down the stairs. Renee was a pleasure to work with. We would gladly stay again.

Great place to stay for my extended family beach vacation. Comfortable beds. Nice decor. House has everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, bikes to cruise around, and umbrellas and chairs for trips to beach. Everything in the house was in like new condition. Host was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend it.

This property was spotless from the moment we walked in. The community exceeded our expectations, with a genuinely fun atmosphere and so much to do, including multiple pools and restaurants right on site. It’s also a well kept, very nice area overall. A grocery store just outside the community made things even more convenient, and the beach was just a short distance away.The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, responding quickly to questions and making check-in and check-out smooth. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, fun community close to the beach with a host who genuinely cares

This rental was in brand new condition. Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need. Very comfortable beds. Great layout with screened in porch and laundry available. A must stay in a great community. You would not be disappointed.
