Experience Ocean City like never before at Sea Grass #5!

DINING
The condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). Additional small appliances are also offered and include a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Ninja blender, and coffeemaker. There is also a full-sized dining table (seating up to 8 people), island seating, and an outdoor dining table on the deck.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The condo sleeps up to 8 people and has two bedrooms. One offers a bunk bed- a twin over a full, and a pull-out twin trundle bed as well. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and the living room offers a pull-out sofa with a queen-sized bed. All sheets and an abundance of pillows are provided.

An Aero bed mattress is also available for an additional fee to sleep an additional two people.

BATHROOMS
The unit has two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, perfect for bathing young children or taking a relaxing bubble bath. All towels are provided, as well as a back-up hairdryer in case you forget yours!

PARKING
The unit has two allotted parking spaces which are located directly outside of the unit. This is a drive-up unit and is not located in a large condominium complex.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Free Wi-Fi, 60' LED TV, cable TV, card games, board games, Xbox 360 with games, bedroom balconies, bedroom ceiling fans, iron, in-unit washer/dryer, alarm clocks, back deck with outdoor grill (charcoal not included).

*During the off-season, there is limited cable and Wi-Fi is not available.

Golf trip with friends

Stayed there over Memorial Day weekend with friends and the place was spotless. Plenty of stuff to do in the area and a grocery store within walking distance. The owners checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in ocean city

Great spot on the Bay

We had a great stay. The house was clean, great views of the bay and short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. They even recommended a few places to eat and events around town. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect get away condo

This is our second time renting this condo and and we love it here! The location is perfect. Quiet on the bay with beautiful sunset views. Close to the beach and park. This place is always spotless and the owners have great communication with their guests. This place was stocked with trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper and other amenities,other places we have rented were not provided so this was a nice surprise! We already can’t wait to go back next summer!

Amazing weekend getaway!

My friends and I recently stayed at Seagrass during a festival weekend in OC, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. After our busy days, it was so refreshing to return to such a relaxing place. Ocean City Trip

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and so clean with a stunning view of the bay. It was the perfect getaway for seven of my friends and I for our graduation celebration trip. Jason was so kind and offered recommendations to us throughout the trip, as it was all of our first times in OC. We had a total of 7 family member's that stayed in this unit. It was plenty of room. No complaints at all with our stay or the unit. Very easy parking and great views out the bayside. Very happy and would definitely highly consider choosing Sea Grass for our next OC vacation.

Best host ever

The best experience we had at a VRBO. Jason was truly the most gracious host. He went way above and beyond. I would give this stay 100 stars if I could. We saw a rock festival and he was gracious enough to give us rides back and forth. The property was absolutely amazing and had retro video games as well. We will definitely be back.

Girls weekend!

I recently stayed at Sea Grass for a bachelorette weekend. It exceeded our expectations. This gorgeous property had plenty of room for all of us, a great kitchen, convenient parking, and was in a quiet, peaceful location. After our long days out, we enjoyed having coffee and conversation out on the back dock, while taking in the view of the wildlife and the Seagrass. I would visit again!

Incredible property

We had amazing week at Seagrass 5. The property is very clean and well equipped. The views from the decks are beautiful. We sat out back for hours watching the birds and kids crab. The owner was very informative of happenings in Ocean City and answered all questions quickly. We kids loved the bunk bed and we loved the comfortable king bed. The condo is located within walking/driving distance of everything. Can’t wait to stay at Seagrass 5 again!

Perfect beach weekend

I have stayed at dozens of properties over the years in OCMD and Delaware beaches. This was the nicest by far. The place is so CLEAN! Location is great with dock off bay to watch sunsets. Updated so nicely. And just little extras for the price….bed and bath linens included. Well stocked kitchen. I stayed with my 15 year old daughter and her friend. The girls loved the room with the bunk beds. Layout good for a family. I will definitely be back!

Hi, my name is Jason and this is my lovely wife, Trisha. We have a beautiful baby girl, Hazel. We both grew up in Northern Virginia and got married in 2011. Both of my parents sadly passed away soon after we were married and we made the decision to move to Ocean City to start fresh. We wanted to get away from the year-round traffic, crowds, and congestion, and towards the salt of the ocean air. We didn't exactly have a plan... but life is what you make of it. Here's to new friends and new adventures every day!

Why they chose this property

Almost every summer growing up, my family would take a vacation to good ol' Ocean City, Maryland. We stayed at various hotels over the years and my dad eventually decided that we should save to get a condo of our very own. We wanted a place that could be an escape from the non-stop excitement of a day in OC. We wanted a place to relax, eat crabs, drink beer, and watch the sunset. We found all of that and so much more in Sea Grass #5.

What makes this property unique

The view over the sea grass is one of the best in Ocean City. Many bayside condos are canal front with a view of the neighbor's boat, but our's offers unobstructed views of a half mile of sea grass, the Assawoman Bay, roaming egrets, mating ducks, and hovering seagulls. Spend your days sunbathing and enjoying OC's beautiful beaches and boardwalk, and then kick back, relax, and lose yourself in the tranquility and serenity of our OC condo!
