The condominium is located on the entry level of a hotel-style building, between the Pemigewassett River and the lake with a sandy beach. Enter to find the spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a dining table that seats six, and two large mirrors that complement the space. The open, full kitchen is adjacent to the living room. From the living step out and relax on the cozy patio with a view toward the East Branch of the river. The bedroom holds a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full connecting bath. The second full bath is close to the entrance.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the lower level of the condominium building.

The unit is very close to the Deer Park Club House, where you can enjoy the indoor pool with jacuzzi, fitness club, racquetball courts, Ping-Pong table, a lovely fireplace lounge with various games, and a private man-made lake with a sandy beach. In summer, tennis courts are available throughout the resort.
During the summer, you must wear a wristband to use the lake.
