Perfect for a large family or 2 families with locking connecting door. 1st unit has 1 bedroom with kitchen, bath, living room with sleep sofa, washer, dryer, gas fireplace, balcony with river views. Connects to 2nd unit which is a studio with sleep sofa, murphy bed, kitchen, and bath. Can use as 1 unit that sleeps 8 or 2 units that sleep 4 each. You get both units for the 1 price. Deer Park amenities include swimming pond, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room, nature trail, skating pond (winter), playground, tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Condo is right off of I-93 with area amenities for all 4 seasons. There are mountain activities, Whales Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, restaurants and shops close by.

Good place, responsive owners

Unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Everything worked well, heat was a little tricky (would get too hot so the thermostats prob are out of adjustment). Owners were extremely responsive and helpful! Location was good. Pool and hot tub is nice but the company is overly restrictive with the rules (not even allowed to bring a bottle of water into the pool and hot tub area). Would stay here again.

Lovely place

The place is very nice. Clean and big has two kitchens and two tables, 7 chairs if you get both units. You can use the pool and all the activities in the main building.

Great stay!

My fiance and I had a great weekend getaway here. The 1-bed apartment is clean, spacious, and in a great location, close to trails and activities.

Great family friendly place

We absolutely love Deer Park Resort. It's so family friendly and has such a beautiful beach to enjoy. Linda was amazing to work with with any questions I had. She was responsive in a very timely manner. I thought the rate was very reasonable. We loved the lock out unit as we brought up our 18 & 15yr old children they were able to have their own space yet we were able to keep our eye on them. The unit was spacious enough for 5 of us. I would definitely rent from Linda again! We had a great time!

Nice

The place was bigger than I expected. Spacious. Bed was comfy. The jacuzzi tub was awesome! Unfortunately it rained all weekend and the pool was under renovations so I can really review the amenities at the resort itself. However the area seemed nice and clean. The front desk were very friendly. A nice place overall.
