Beautiful Western Views, Magnificent Sunsets on incredible Great Pond.

Beautiful modern chalet style home with three bedrooms each having a queen size bed. A Large balcony sitting area off of the master with a futon accommodates two more people. A two level finished basement has a pool table on one level and large sitting area with entertainment area and dry bar on the other. Beautiful modern kitchen with new appliances opens up to a large dining room which flows into a two story family room with a wall of glass with views down to the lake. There is a spacious deck on the main level for outdoor dining with a propane Blackstone grill and a Traeger pellet grill. Stairs lead down from the deck to the lake. At the waters edge is a dock which will accommodate up to a 20 foot boat during daily use. If you bring a boat there is an excellent state boat launch on the lake and a full service marina. The marina rents boats and paddle boards and has fuel and other supplies. The quaint town of Belgrade is a short boat ride with docks available for quick trips or a short car ride to the many shops and Sunday morning farmers market from 8-1. Belgrade Lakes Golf Club is recognized as Maine's premier golf course and is a short drive away. Of course, the peace of Great Pond is at your front door. Whether you swim to the raft or relax on the hammock, waterfront living is spectacular. We know you will enjoy your stay and want to come back year after year.

We had a wonderful trip! The home is beautiful with all the comforts you could ask for, the hosts were friendly and easy to reach if needed and the lake (pond) is amazing! What a wonderful way to relax and escape the heat of a southern summer for a bit. Could not have asked for more.

Paradise on Great Pond

Arthur and Lise's lake house is beautiful and we had a great vacation enjoying the waterfront area and lake. Interacting with Lise was a pleasure and she made the rental process very easy. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone that wants to experience a piece of paradise on Great Pond.

This beautiful rental was exactly as described in the booking, along with accurate pictures. We were there the second week in June and did not expect high temperatures outside. The lack of AC and only ceiling fans and portable fans in the rental made it a little tricky to cool down having to spend most of our time in the lower level basement, which did include a pool table and the only TV. The water does have a sulfur smell so there is a water cooler available for drinking. Overall, we had a good experience and the location made it easy to get to several different fishing locations.

Amazing Home and Property

The house was even better than the pictures! So spacious and modern! Very comfortable beds! We had a lot of rain, and it didn’t matter! We had an amazing time playing pool and the huge TV was awesome!! Dock is great and spacious, the lake is beautiful and so quiet!! Lise is so great and hope to come back again next year!!

Lovely Maine Lake experience

Our hosts were gracious and communicative, answering any question promptly. The lake house was well appointed, comfortable, and had amenities to make our week fun and pleasurable. We were very pleased with our whole experience. Even the weather complied.

Spacious modern home offers lakeside views and activity

The house is very spacious, well maintained and clean. It is much more “upscale” than most rental camps in this area. The host was good at clear communication prior to and during the rental. We were impressed with the well equipped kitchen and the variety of supplies provided. Our adult children and their 2 kids took full advantage of the decks, dock, swimming float, canoe, and kayaks, and enjoyed netflick movies at night. They would gladly rent this property again.
