We believe that vacation rentals should be affordable AND nice.
Take advantage of our unbelievable location, sandwiched between the Palmer Alehouse, Bleeding Heart Brewery, at Matanuska Brewing. There’s a myriad of restaurants within walking distance.
Our RV is a 2022 model with USB ports, 55” TV, climate control, and, of course, Fiber fed wifi. Did we mention the coffee?

I’ve owned this property since before the breweries around it existed! By extreme fortune my little home turned into a prime location for people visiting Palmer.

It’s extremely rare to have a walkable location in Alaska. From our property you can access a myriad of local restaurants and businesses. We are also a great stop over when visiting Valdez, Matanuska Glacier, or Denali.
