You'll enjoy full access to the entire townhome except the supply closet. After a thrilling day of adventures, take advantage of the private hot tub for relaxation. Furthermore, the unit has a built-in double-heated garage featuring a 7.9-foot garage clearance.

The townhome is close to the Kicking Horse Ski Resort, which is a well-known ski hill for all experience levels. There are many trails for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking and during the summer there are mountain biking trails. The village has quaint restaurants and shops, and close by you can explore the mountain town of Golden, BC.
