The 6 full bathrooms complete with hair dryers and one master jetted jacuzzi bathtub, ensure everyone's comfort. One half bath has access to pool area . An additional quiet office/tv space with a twin foldaway and sofa provides extra flexibility. The backyard pool area is an oasis with screened in dining area covered seating and plenty of Sun loungers for all not to mention lots of privacy, heat salt water pool at no charge ( heats up to 10 degrees of ambient temperature) and Hot Tub . With many amenities including beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, community tennis, 4-6 minute walk to beach and tennis. Enjoy all that Corolla has to offer with short two minute drive or walk/ Bicycle to Harris Teeter Grocery Shopping Center, Starbucks and quaint shops. Ice Cream Shop, Duck Donuts , Urban Kitchen Restaurant or Off the Tap Restaurant , Wings Retail Shop for all your beach necessities. Drive to Corolla Historic Village to walk around the Lighthouse, quaint shops, Nature Museum, beautiful sunset views sound side great for crabbing with the children and grab a cup of fresh ground coffee or Hot Chocolate at the Kind Cup while strolling through quaint shops. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove ALL TRASH from the house, (Tuesday and Friday evening) roll bins out to the street in culdesac . Check drawers and closets, pool area, cabana and outdoor shower for your belongings.
Please make sure house and pool Is in order from when you checked in. If something is not in working order please text us immediately to have it replaced or repaired.
Please text us when you are departing .so that we can inform cleaners. Traffic is very congested going south in the morning by 9am. Thank you for making memories at our home and safe travels .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Family Groups Only, No Trailers, RV’s,Golf Carts in Private Community. Children must be supervised all times Elevator, Decks, Pool/Hot Tub Areas .

Amazing property

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach with amazing views, hosts went above expectations to make stay comfortable, and needs were met. From the homemade cookies and wine to the ammenities of the home all you could ever need. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!

OBX Oasis

Beautiful, spacious and relaxing. Lots of extras in the house for everything you need. We loved seeing the ocean from the kitchen while dining. The pool area was an oasis with lots a seating areas. The beach is a 6 min walk but they have a couple of carts and plenty of beach chairs. If you have a 4x4/AWD make sure to visit Corova Beach nearby to see the wild horses!

Our stay at this house was outstanding. The host answers any questions immediately and sends reminders about check-in/out, garbage, etc. The house is absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, and as described. It’s a short walk to the beach and short drive for groceries, restaurants, and attractions in Corolla. The view of the dunes and ocean out the back is gorgeous. Parking is a bit tricky for larger vehicles but it is sufficient. Overall, a great stay!
