Beach-town is in a perfect location between the beach and the lovely town of Duck, recently voted one of the top southern beach destinations. Beach-Town is a 6-bedroom rental with outstanding amenities. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to the center of Duck makes "Beach Town" a perfect property for your next vacation. 5 King bedrooms each with a private bath and the 6th room will be a well-appointed full-over-full double bunk set (4 full beds) also with a private bath (easily sleeps 14 adults or 10 adults and 8 kids). The kitchen and living area are perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The pool and hot tub with a game room make the home perfect. Enjoy shuffleboard, foosball, cornhole, outside ping-pong, or simply lounge at the pool after a day at the beach You will enjoy this property as much as you will enjoy being on the beach or visiting the many activities within the town of Duck. With 8 TVs, each with their own Apple TV device, you will be ready to stream any of your favorite entertainment on your days off. Beach-Town has been thoughtfully designed and crafted from the sand up to meet your every need!

All of our homes are equipped with wifi, however, due to the nature of our area we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

Great property in the perfect location! The house itself was very clean and offered great amenities for a beach vacation. The property manager was very communicable and even helped us get an item mailed back that was accidentally left behind. Will definitely try and stay here again!

Great location

We love visiting the beach and staying in Duck. This home is in a really convenient location. Bedrooms were small and the beds were so so on the comfort range. Really enjoyed the hot tub.

Beach town house exceeded our expectations. The weather our week was pretty miserable so it was nice to have a comfortable house as we were inside more than we thought. The layout is perfect with two masters upstairs and four other bedrooms on the midlevel. We hope to return to this house in the future!

Our little secret gem in Duck

I don't even want to tell you about this property because it was so nice we want it all to ourselves. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or into town. The master bedrooms with kings beds are perfect for couples. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool with outside bar. We hope to be back in the future.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood within easy walking of beach and boardwalk. Cannot really see the ocean (very slight ocean view from corner of deck) but it's close enough you can hear the surf! Would visit again!

All about Family!

This is our 2nd stay at Beach Town! The 1st time was with a group of friends and this time with family. Both times, with friend or family, we had a tremendous stay. This place was just as amazing for family. We brought our dog this trip and the main entrance at ground level was perfect as well as the fenced in yard. We spent hours by the pool and in the game room. I can't say enough good things about Beach Town Property! Its clean, spacious, many decks for an escape to read, wifi is amazing! We were there for the 4th of July and could see fireworks from many directions! This is one place we'd come back to again and again!

We enjoyed this house very much!! Perfect location to both the beach and right in the heart of Duck. A very easy walk or bike ride up to the boardwalk for Duck Donuts and beautiful sunsets! We loved coming off the beach and then relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Great deck space to spread out and hear the sound of the ocean!! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house

Awesome location, great value and amenities, could be cleaner

We had a fantastic week at the Duck Inn. The location is perfect being both walking distance to the beach and to town. The house had everything we needed with the pool and hot tub being a big plus. Only downside was the dishwasher didn't really clean the dishes, so when we arrived all the dishes had been put back pretty much dirty.

Duck 2 Beach Town was stocked well, perfect layout, clean, and great location to the beach with easy acess and a short walk or bike ride to the town of Duck for local eats, shopping, or fishing on the sound. A show rack outside or in the basement would be helpful for large groups! We would definitley consider returning for a future vacation.

This beach house is Amazing! It's a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and the town, with plenty of things to do. The owners have really outdone themselves. The layout was perfect, each room with its own bathroom! Talk about luxury. Every detail from the dishes, pots, pans, bedding pillows, game room and outdoor areas, it's this! We had a perfect stay! Perfect for our family

This house was the perfect size for our family and dog friendly too. It is tucked away on one of the streets in Duck. We were close enough to walk or ride bikes to shopping or to the beach. It had great amenities such as a pool, hot tub, gas grill and a ping pong table. The bedrooms were nice. I loved the way it was decorated. The air conditioner worked great it was always nice and cool. Our family had a great vacation here.
