Pet Policy
We welcome your well-behaved furry friends! Small dogs only please, due to the liability insurance of condo association. All pets must be listed on the reservation when booking. The Pet Fee is $25 p/night and is non-refundable. Fee for undisclosed pets is $150/per pet per night.

-Pets must be listed on reservation when booking
-Limit of 2 (adult dogs only); no puppies, small dogs only.
-Must be housebroken
-No pets on bed or furniture, A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair or other signs of pets are found on the furniture, bedding, or mattress.
-Please bring your pet towels (for wiping paws) and their pet beds/crate
-On leash outside at all times as property not fully fenced and wildlife in the area/local ordinance restrictions
-Pets may not be left alone in home or outside (even if in a crate)
-Pick up all pet poo
-Pet fee is non-refundable

Wells is a very dog friendly beach town, Kennebunk Beach is too, please refer to beach signs for dog on the beach hours. Enjoy every moment and be respectful of our Mainer neighbors!

The space was clean and well appointed. Best towels and mattress of any short term vacation stay we have had. We had everything we could need, including plenty of hot water and a very convenient location for anything you could want to do the area! The host had great communication leading up to the stay and we would definitely stay again!

Truly charming- this place is a hidden gem! Super cute and cozy home fit for a coastal stay. Everything was perfect aside from the shower (wasn’t the best, felt like camping), but it worked fine for us. Everything was clean upon arrival and the host is super friendly. Close to so many excellent restaurants and beaches without spending an outrageous price. Would love to stay again!

The location was perfect- great accessibility to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, but away from the crowds, quiet location for sitting outside at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make out own breakfasts and the bed was very comfortable. The pictures did not really show just how tiny the bathroom is. Our host replied quickly to all our messages.
