Located on the East side of Route 1, you are just a short walk to the Ogunquit and Wells trolley stop, Moody Beach public access area, North Ogunquit Beach and wonderful restaurants. Shop in nearby Ogunquit, Kittery and Kennebunkport. Walk the famous Marginal Way and explore tidal pools. The Wells transportation center is 4 miles away and you can leave your vehicle and travel by Amtrak to Portland and Freeport, home of L.L. Bean. Amtrak service is also available to and from Boston. You will enjoy walking or biking or riding through the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Preserve on you way to the gorgeous beaches and pristine Atlantic Ocean.

Walk, bike, drive or take the trolley to Perkin's Cove in Ogunquit. You will find several restaurants and shops to spend your time in. Walk the world famous Marginal Way from Perkin's Cove and explore the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Our gorgeous beach home features oak hardwood floors in the living room, bedrooms and hallway and tile in the kitchen and dining area. Low allergen environment. Every room has been freshly painted top to bottom with new lighting and electrical.

Ocean Lure features a new Energy Star Heating and Central Air Conditioning system. Cool off on the warm days of summer. We also receive beautiful ocean breezes inside and out.

You will enjoy relaxing in the living room on a comfy oversized sofa that becomes a queen size sleeper sofa and a comfy oversized chair. Rock away in our L. L. Bean presidential rocking chair. Watch your favorite program on a new Sony smart, Netflix and Hulu accessible LED LCD flat screen TV. We have board games, playing cards and books for your enjoyment. Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi and wireless Internet are provided. The Seahorse bedroom boasts a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and the Turtle bedroom sleeps two on a full size bed with a pillow top mattress. The full bathroom features several amenities. Spectrum internet and free WiFi provided.

The bright kitchen features dishes, glassware and flatware for both inside and outside dining. We also have pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, chef’s knives, and a blender, toaster and Keurig brewer. You will find a wide variety of spices and condiments to enjoy. We have aluminum foil, cling wrap, food sheets, sandwich bags, and parchment paper.

Our energy star rated refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, front load washer and dryer await your arrival at Ocean Lure.

All bed linens, pillows, bath towels, kitchen towels and beach towels are provided. Enjoy walking to the beaches thru the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge using our rolling beach caddy, 2 beach umbrellas, 6 low style and 6 high back beach chairs, rolling cooler, and beach toys. Ocean Lure is just 6/10th of a mile to the Moody Beach public access and 9/10th of a mile to North Ogunquit Beach. Parking is available for a fee at North Ogunquit Beach. Ride and explore the area on our three adult bicycles and child’s bicycle. Helmets are provided.

Relax in our beautifully landscaped private backyard. Listen to nature and admire our trees, shrubs and gorgeous flowers. Our patio features a beautiful dining table with umbrella and seating for six. Relax in one of two new L.L. Bean Presidential Rockers. Cook your meals on our stainless steel gas grill with a side burner. Listen to the Atlantic Ocean as you relax and dine on the patio.

Our completely renovated oversized shed houses four bicycles with new helmets and allows you to store your items during your stay.

Your kids will love the beaches and two mini-golf courses, a maze and go carts await you at Wonder Mountain less than two minutes away. Take in a movie at one of two local movie centers. The Ogunquit Playhouse features outstanding performances all summer and fall. There are several golf courses in the area to choose from. The New England House Seafood & Sports Bar is approximately two minutes away by foot.

Walk or bike thru our beautiful neighborhood on your way to the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. Stroll thru the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge and see how many birds call it home.

You can walk along the beach and then access the world famous Marginal Way in Ogunquit. The Marginal Way is a gorgeous walking path that takes you above the rocky coastline in Ogunquit. Relax and sit on one of the several benches available. Perkins Cove is a wonderful area to begin or end walking on the Marginal Way. Take a brew tour of Hidden Cove Brewing Company in Wells, Sebago Brewing Company in Kennebunk and SoMe Brewing Company in York.
