Just perfect!

My son and I had a little “mom and me” couple of days away and this was the perfect spot!Just large enough for us, but could definitely the rest of our family of four being comfortable here, too.I’ve been coming to York beach for almost 40 years and this is the best location I’ve had - I was thrilled to see how close to the bath house it was!The yard was just big enough to eat outdoors The owners were so friendly

Cozy little cottage just steps from Long Sands Beach

It has just enough beds for us without being cramped. I enjoy making breakfast and lunch in the comfy kitchen. It's steps to the beach and an easy drive to all that York has to offer.

Sweet cottage in great location

The cottage is clean and cute. The location is terrific - 1 short block walk to a wonderful beach. The hosts were helpful with information about the area. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay with minimal cooking. Good water pressure and shower. We enjoyed our early September stay.

Vacation Rental

The owners were extremely nice and very willing to help with anything we need. The place was extremely clean and neat. The grounds were nice and we had room to be outside. The location is a great place for convenience to the ocean. I would definitely come back. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable were the beds. But the owners make you feel at home the whole time. I absolutely loved this rental.

Small space but so close to the beach!

We had family on blueberry lane so this cottage was a perfect spot to walk to the beach and walk to them! Bring fans it can get warm inside! No A/C!

With-in reach!

40+ yrs we have been coming to York, the last 20 to Long Sands. This year we needed something closer, as we get older. Behind the bath house and walking distance to everything. Boy, have we FOUND IT! How about a great little clean home- perfect for 4 freinds, an owner that pops in to assure we are set, and the ocean waves in your ear as you drift off to sleep. Yup heaven, what more could you ask for? Thank you for sharing your space with us❣️We will be back!!!

AC was being fix so no ac for one week! I purchased fans don’t it wasn’t 85 + in cottage! We kept it closed up in day open window at night! Mattress were very uncomfortable! It was a great location! Which took some of the sting off! Manager was very Pleasantand was great to have our dogs with us! Nina

Hi Nina! It certainly was a hot summer, which is why we installed a new heat pump system for air conditioning and heating. It was completed by the end of August 2022. Our VRBO page has been updated to reflect the upgrade. Thank you!
