About this property

Beautiful ocean views & walking distance to the beach.

Our Maine cottage has hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, including gas range/oven, dishwasher, & microwave, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people with 1 queen bed & 1 full & 1 twin bed. An AC unit in the living-room cools the entire cottage. The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower & pedestal sink. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water to enjoy after a day at the beach or just for fun. The backyard deck has beautiful views of the ocean, including Nubble Light & Boone Island. Dine al fresco after using the outside gas grill or inside in front of the large picture window facing the ocean. Or dine out at The Lobster Cove restaurant, just a short walk away.

Always a Winner!

We visit York 2-3 times/year and this is our favorite house to rent when it is just the two of us. The house is charming, clean, and has everything we need…with a fabulous view!

We had a fabulous week in the Maine Cottage. It was the perfect size for our small group. Couldn’t beat the views from the back deck of the ocean and Nubble Light. Was a great spot near our other family at Camp Eaton and only a short walk to Long Sands. The property manager was nearby, greeted us shortly after we arrived to give us a tour of the home and even checked on us after a huge storm rolled through. Would definitely recommend this house.

The cottage was as pictured, well stocked with supplies and clean. The view is amazing and we loved sitting on the deck and being able to walk to the beach and explore the tidepools away from the crowds. Thanks for a great stay

Oceanside vacation

The house was very nice, right by the ocean. This was our first trip to Maine and we really enjoyed spending time in our rental house as well as having fun in the surrounding communities.

Perfect cottage!

Perfect oceanfront stay

The house was clean, bright and airy with beautiful ocean views. We spent many hours on the back deck enjoying the salty air and sea breeze. The location was perfect - a nice neighborhood and an easy walk to Nubble Light (2 miles), York Beach (1 mile), Hartley Mason Reserve (1 mile). And an easy drive to many great towns.

Relaxing getaway

A cozy cottage with great ocean views, quiet and near beaches (within a mile) with almost everything you need whether you want to see the sites, eat out or in, or just go to the beach. One of the most relaxing vacations we have had! In house laundry a plus. Owner and manager responsive to needs.

Great for a getaway

This was our first time at the cottage and I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The view of Nubble and the ocean is wonderful. The cottage is just as described in the listing, only better. It was nice to know Beth was just across the street if we needed anything, she is so nice and helpful. We loved it so much we booked for next year!

Lovely cottage with amazing views ! Had everything you needed ! We had just 4 of Us so would have loved maybe more seating in living room to watch tv together at the end of a long day.

I loved this cottage! It was larger than the pictures show and very clean. The views were amazing and the neighbors were friendly. Beth is super sweet and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. We all had a fantastic time!

Perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We all loved the view from the deck. The house was very clean and updated and they provided so many helpful items. We were able to walk to long sands beach. We traveled with our two teen daughters and we found the house to be comfortable and the property manager was incredibly helpful with any questions we had… including the girls wanting to pick blueberries from the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!!

Comfy and relaxing

Awesome place to stay. Cottage was very clean and comfortable with a beach theme and enough storage for a family of four. The view of the water from the back deck was beautiful and Long Sands Beach is just a short 5 minute drive down the road. The property manager, Beth, was extremely friendly and the owners were great at communicating information about our trip. Would definitely rent again if heading back to York. Thanks for the great family memories!!

Chillin in York

My daughter and I spent a week in York on the ocean at the best little 2 bedroom cottage I’ve ever stayed at in 15 yrs of visiting York. So cute with a view of the ocean and Nuble Light. Amazing! A walk to the beach and tons of killer restaurants. I’ll be back next summer for sure.
