The Neighborhood:

We are 3 minutes from the center of York Beach but located in a quiet, secluded, and residential area. We have residential neighbors on both sides of us so we thank you in advance for being a courteous and respectful guest!



Getting Around:

We have plenty of parking in the driveway but please no parking in the garage, however please feel free to store any bikes or beach items you may have in the garage!



Other Things to Note:

FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.



Absolutely no smoking on the property please.
