Villa NARESTE is a traditional, Dalmatian stone house that we revived to let our guests relax in a quiet natural idyll, away from crowded places and noisy roads.
This duplex villa with Infinity pool (running edge) is inviting you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. Villa is fully air-conditioned property with video surveillance.
Villa offers accommodation for 6 persons in spacious bedrooms.
The ground floor of villa Nareste features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a possibility of additional bed and a toilet. There is also an outdoor pool, outdoor shower and a shaded area with comfortable table and chairs next to the BBQ. Next to the villa there is a tiny garden with seasonal vegetables that You can freely use.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom facing south. Furthermore, there is also home gym with basic exercise equipment and a back entrance of the villa.
On the second floor of Villa Nareste, in the high attic there is a triple room facing south with en-suite bathroom.
All the rooms in the villa have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands.
Next to villa Neareste is another villa so You will not be totally alone.
But I am sure You that gusts in second villa are also there to enjoy peaceful vacation.
You have less than 10 minutes (4km) drive to the closest beach, restaurant, market and grocery store. But it’s relevant that you own a car in your possession because the villa is located up on the hill and the road is a bit narrow.

Omiš is 7 km away and has become the tourist center of extremely beautiful riviera. The town of the Pirates, with its ancient history. During the tourist season, there are many cultural, fun, and sports event organized in Omiš.
So, you can choose what suits you the best:
Beautiful sand beaches to relax and enjoy.
Active tourism like rafting, canyoning, canoeing, kayaking on river Cetina.
Active tourism like rock climbing, hiking, biking, or mountain biking on the mountains that are surrounding the city.
Daily boat excursions to nearby islands.
The closeness to Split, as the second Croatian city, opens a lot of opportunities. The story of Split is already 17 centuries old, therefore we can’t write it in a few words. You have to feel it. Its rich tradition, glorious history, and beauty of its natural and cultural heritage you probably will never forget.

Outstandingly clean and beautiful villa with incredible view and sun exposure

We have just had the most amazing stay at Anka’s villa. The villa is so so clean and well equipped. Her and her husband are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything from a vegetable garden for guests , a well stocked larder and mountains of towels and fresh linen. The pool is sparklingly clean and the terrace is spacious and catches the sun all day. The airconditioning is very effective and all appliances are new- it was even a pleasure to wash clothes in a massive laundry with sea view! The villa is very private and un- overlooked. We soon got used to the steep drive up- the road is concrete and there is little traffic and no scary drop offs.. I cannot recommend the villa more highly and we hope to return soon. Many thanks again.

Spectacular house

We've rented many homes across sourthern Europe and must say this is by far the nicest. Everything you could possibly need is there, the house is spotlessly clean, the infinity pool beautiful and crystal clear, the house condition and design superb and above all the view is spectacular in every direction - literally every window has grand water views. The owners are also incredibly nice and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about this property. As other reviewers have noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart but not unusual for such views in Croatia, Italy or other countries. Unless that is a big concern, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful design, view, pool and atmosphere

We had a super time, such a comfortable house with everything we needed. Serene and quiet but near the action. Enjoyed running up and down the hill road every day, grabbing breakfast en route. Lovely hosts, we’d definitely stay again.

The villa was superb with amazing views. The owners provide everything for an amazing holiday in a beautiful location. We would certainly love to return for another holiday. The road leading to the villa is not for faint hearted drivers! But once you get to the villa it’s worth the drive!

Kids said best holiday ever!

We stayed in the villa with our three children for a week (age 4, 12 and 18) It was absolutely perfect. The villa dated back 300 years. It has now been rebuilt and renovated and it has been finished to such a high standard. It really is how it looks in the pictures. Every little detail has been thought out and there is everything in the villa that was needed (even a sewing kit) There is air conditioning in each room, which worked very well and was very welcome after an afternoon in the sun. The drive up to the Villa was a bit challenging in places, however the views from the Villa were absolutely stunning and worth the drive. The owners were so lovely and kind they were on hand to suggest any places of interest or where to eat. The family popped over every couple of days to tend to the fresh vegetables they grow for the guests in the villa and to water the plants. We will be booking again next year and cannot wait The Legg Family

Newly refurbished stone house with stunning views over the coast and islands

We had a wonderful week in this lovely property. It is all new and there is nothing that is missing, the owners have thought of everything! The air conditioning works well, the beds are comfy and everything is there that you could possibly need. The views are amazing and so is the pool. The owners themselves are very friendly and kind and nothing is too much trouble. The location is great, between Omis and Split and there are nearby pebbly beaches should anyone want them along with restaurants. It is a drive up to the house from the coast but the spectacular views and the house are well worth it!

Mountain Villa with magnificent sea views and 1st class fixtures and fittings.

I stayed here with my wife and two teenage children for 8 days in Aug 2017. This original stone cottage has been rebuilt from the ground up and right now everything is brand new. It is really well equipped and the family that own it are lovely kind people. They would call in every couple of days or so to water the plants, bringing Ice Cream and other kind gestures, Anka and her Mother-in-law Sarah are great Airbnb host. The Villa is at the top of a Mountain and the drive up there is a bit tricky in places, you definitely need a car to go anywhere as it is isolated. You do have neighbours in the Villa next door which is owned by another family member. If you are looking for somewhere to relax with stunning scenery, then this place ticks the box.

Fantastic property

The house was exactly how it was shown in the photos. New, meticulously done, very clean, nicely decorated with all that you would need. Owners were very attentive to detail and very welcoming. Pool is amazing as are the views from the property. Location is great. It is 20 minutes to Split and close to Omis. There are many beaches with many activities available close by. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.
