We enjoyed our stay. Large spacious rooms and large living room made it easier. The house was very clean upon arrival. We experienced a minor issue with the door code upon arrival; however, the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. We particularly appreciated the proximity to a grocery store and dining options.

The overall cleanliness could have been much better as floors were absolutely filthy.............couldn't walk barefoot as your feet got black in minutes.

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness very seriously and have a professional cleaning completed after every stay, including mopping and sanitizing all floors prior to check-in. In this case, the guest requested an early check-in, which was accommodated before the scheduled cleaning window was fully complete. We always recommend arriving at or after the confirmed check-in time to ensure the home is in its best condition.Although the floors were indeed fully mopped and sanitized. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests and remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay.

The house was clean and very simple. Not much furniture or household items. We were intown for a funeral and was not at the house much during the day. So even with how simply furnished it was it worked out for us. We would stay here again if we do ever come back in town.

My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. VRBO offered us assistance in finding another host and covering the cost of a higher price. That was wonderful. Due to the late time of day we declined and was given a full refund. Great job by VRBO, lousy job by the host.

Unfortunately, our experience hosting Victor was not ideal. He damaged furniture and pillows during his stay, which required biohazard cleaning, and left food on the table, creating extra cleanup. Future hosts should be aware of these issues.
