Our Newly Listed, fully equipped 20 sqm studio at Marina Spatial is designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business guests.

Located near the boulevard, restaurants, and shopping areas, this space gives you the best of both city life and coastal charm.

Fast & reliable WiFi – perfect for work or streaming.
50-inch Smart TV – enjoy Netflix, YouTube, or your favorite shows.
Air-conditioning – stay cool and comfortable day & night.
Spacious closet – enough storage for long or short stays.
Full Double Bed – plush and comfy for a restful night.
Complete towels (Bath towel, pool towel, face towel) & essentials – provided fresh linens, bath towels, and toiletries.
Fully equipped kitchen – equipped with a induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic cookware. We provide an initial supply of essential consumables (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.). Once depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies

Our cafe partner, Purrfect Brews, the first cat café in Dumaguete City, offers a 10% discount to every dine-in or takeout guest staying at Dagsik Retreat 6200 listings.

In case of a power outage, the building’s generator provides backup power to common areas, but not the entire unit. However, we do have one working outlet and an emergency light for your convenience and we provide WiFi power bank so you can stay connected and continue working or browsing the internet during these times. While power outages are beyond our control, they haven’t been an issue for our guests so far!
