Come enjoy our Peaceful inlet and beachside setting. Welcome to Inlet Point Villas, a private, gated retreat tucked away on the northernmost end of Cherry Grove Beach in the town of North Myrtle Beach, where stunning inlet views, a quiet coastal setting, and direct beach access come together in one unique setting. The "draw" of the north end of Cherry Grove beach is "the point" - the tip end of Cherry Grove Beach where you can choose the calm inlet setting of House Creek, or the oceanfront - both accessible only a few steps from the condo without the hassle of public parking or driving to the beach. The panoramic views sweep from the inlet to the mouth where the inlet flows into the Atlantic, to the uninhabited Waties Island on the other side of the creek, to the Atlantic Ocean to the right. You may even catch a glimpse of the horses on the beach on Waties Island, where they have an equestrian center.

Please make yourself at home in our 2-bedroom/2-bath retreat. Our condo offers a fantastic living space with a cozy sofa bed and a new smart TV . It's perfect for relaxing after a day of splashing, exploring, and sunning. Guests will enjoy the wonderful amenities of WiFi, the pool, and a pickleball-tennis court. Our Primary bedroom has a queen bed with full bath and large walk-in shower, plus a smart TV. Our 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. We offer bed linens, towels, and beach towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics for cooking when you feel energetic or just order in, including coffee pots, crock pot and toaster. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please consider this your home away from home without any stress.

Maybe in the morning or late afternoon, have coffee or a cocktail on the front porch to watch the people enjoying the pool or tennis court.
Then retreat to the balcony, where the views of the inlet, Waites Island, and the ocean await you.

Come experience what North Myrtle Beach/Cherry Grove has to offer with a stay at our condo. You will want to come back every year.. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of all types are only 10 mins away, and the quaint towns of Little River and Calabash are only 20 minutes away

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Upon departure, remove all trash and dispose in the main dumpster at the gate. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay! Honestly it was even better than we expected, the location and property was amazing. It worked perfectly for our family of 4. Relaxing Vacay

This rental was exactly as described, and I couldn't ask for a better owner. Lynn was wonderful about communicating before our trip and during. We accidently locked ourselves out of the condo (first time ever) and Lynn didn't make us feel bad instead she was ready to help in any way possible. The view is spectacular; you couldn't pick a better view at sunrise/sunset. One of the biggest positives for my family was the rental being right on the inlet, which is safer for my children to play and swim and not have to deal with a crowded beach. We would most certainly rent from Lynn again.

We are very fortunate to live in the nearby Little River area and enjoy the many things the coast has to offer. I take pride in my rentals and and they are Owner/Managed. This is our 2nd rental; we also have Xanadu I in North Myrtle Beach, ocean front, 2bed/2bath. 1311 South Ocean Blvd North Myrtle Beach

Why they chose this property

We brought our kids to this area for years on summer vacation and stayed in Inlet Point, and have always wanted a property in the Inlet Point community. The ability of several options is wonderful.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in that you have the option to enjoy the inlet, where often you can stand in the water and see the fish swim past as they are traveling with the tides.
Plus, it's a great location to fish if that's of interest to you (although currently we do not offer this equipment), you certainly should feel free to bring your own.

It's an amazing and unique area where the inlet meets the ocean. We found it to be a beautiful location years ago when our kids were young and could not wait to finally get back and share with others.
