Stunning apartment in the heart of Xlendi Bay

Apartment 1 is a lovely two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment with all the modern conveniences on the first floor of St. Nicholas Court building. As with all of apartments in Xlendi Bay, we are happy to have this lovely flat in our offer.

Entrance to the apartment is from the garage up the main stairs. The front door leads into the kitchen although there is a small shaft ahead.

The kitchen is fully outfitted so you surely won't lack for anything should you decide to stay at home and cook instead of going out for a meal. There is also a table and chairs so you can eat while enjoying a movie up the 32" screen attached to the wall.

Passing through the corridor directly to the left there is the main bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror.

Moving through you'll find a two-single bed room covered with a full room-length curtain and a drawer to place all clothes neatly inside.

Getting through the door into the main bedroom you'll find a large double bed. Again there is a big wardrobe to hang up your things. Off the main bedroom is a small nook which is where we've set up a child's crib, if you need it, and a chair so you can read and not disturb your partner in bed.

A balcony is situated in this bedroom as well, where you can enjoy fresh air outside. The view out the balcony is peaceful and tranquil, although the beach front is not visible. The tiled floors are lovely and there is a huge mirror to make sure you look your absolute best before heading out to enjoy all of Gozo's best sites.

With peaceful views, a lovely kitchen, an excellent bathroom and two bedrooms, we feel you'll be very happy staying in St. Nicholas Court in Xlendi Bay.
