Loved the location of the property, it was near several places to eat and a grocery stores. The resort was clean and easy to find and park. The room was clean and fresh looking. Loved the view of the Beach and the Pool.

Very filthy rugs. They really should be replaced.

The first thing I noticed was how pretty it all was until I looked down. Those area rugs were disgusting. They really need to be replaced. Otherwise the place was ok.

We enjoyed our stay but I do need to point out some things! 2 Bath towels?? Went and bought 2 more! You need new pillows. You should have your rental company do a check to make sure everything is working. First time, stove wasn’t working, took 3 hours for them to come and flip a switch, Second time, dishwasher, took 3 hours again for them to come plug it in. Overall these are minor but annoying! Positive is that the rental came with an owner parking pass and spot!!! Half bath was great to have! Everything was new and location was perfect! I would stay here again!

Loved the condo. It was beautiful. Furniture was comfy. The bed was not so much. We felt like we were sleeping on bricks. No other complaints about the condo. Brett Robinson let us down this time. We arrived around 1230 pm, signed up for text for notification on condo. Check in was at 3pm. We received a text while grocery shopping at 217pm stating that our condo was ready. We purchased cold foods since we were gonna be able to go straight to our room. We arrived back to the condo about 230 pm, checked in & headed up to condo only to find that it was still being cleaned. We had no problem waiting while they finished up. The only problem was that we waited for an hour & a half with all our stuff outside by the elevator waiting to enter the condo. We didn't get into our room until 400pm.

the unit looked good on line and the advertised recent updates met our expectations. Our stay was nice and the weather cooperated. Overall I’d gave it 4 our of 5 star rating. We plan on going again this fall and will try to rent this unit if it is available.

we really loved the condo, there was only two item that really need looking into, (1) the 1/2 bath toilet kept stopping up, and (2) a new shower head needs to be installed. Everything else was perfect.

Superb view!

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this adorable unit. The decorations were nicely done and the unit was easily accessible. It has a really nice washer/dryer and the half bath was a plus. The beach was just a short walk out the door and was not overcrowded. The sand was beautiful and white. The view was the best thing though! We could sit on the balcony and watch the boats coming in and out of Perdido Bay. Saw some dolphins playing in the water one afternoon. Amazing sunsets. So relaxing!!
