Charming and authentic apartment in Puglia for 4 people, situated in a quiet alley of the radiant Monopoli’s Historic Old Town, just 100 meters from the beach and Cathedral.
The well equipped house is in a quiet location, but only 100 meters from the beach and at least 15 cafes and restaurants, many churches, charming piazzas, the old harbour with fishing boats, many shops and beautiful houses within 5 minutes walk from the house.
The apartment welcomes an entrance and dining area with tuff stone walls, furnished kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine, a comfortable double sofa bed and air conditioning. Moving further we find a master bedroom with tuff stone walls equipped with TV and a bathroom equipped with toilet, shower.
The property is a quiet place to stay as it is situated just 50 metres from restaurants and local amenities of the old town of Monopoli. It is only 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of the historic centre which are ideal for children, too. It is within minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay and a great experience with the host. Any questions or concerns, as well as recommendations for food and shopping were addressed and replied to very promptly, and we had a very warm welcome from Nora when we arrived. Only thing I would note is that the electricity shuts off when you leave, so you're not able to leave any devices such as cameras or phones charging while you're out and about. Something to keep in mind! Everything was great, it felt to be a very authentic experience and it was very cool to stay in a place like this. I do wish the shower had slightly better pressure as washing your hair will take a while, but did get used to it as the days went on. Location was amazing, super close to the water/beaches and great restaurants.
