Came to CA with my family of 5 (three teenagers) and their grandparents. Our stay was wonderful -something for everyone. Between the game room, and dock, we had an amazing family adventure. Check out the fishing (pic attached)! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Our group of two families (6 people in total) fit perfectly, as the house is very spacious, modern, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time away.The kitchen is fantastic and stocked with everything necessary for preparing meals for a large group. We also absolutely loved the living room, the electric reclining sofa was a huge hit with everyone and the perfect spot to relax. While the garage game room was a fun extra for the kids and adults too, we spent much of our downtime just enjoying the comfort of the home and the beautifully remodeled outdoor area.We also thoroughly enjoyed having access to the water equipment; the paddle boards, kayaks, and paddle boat made for some great memories. It was very reassuring that the water area is a low-speed zone, so any passing boats moved slowly and kept plenty of distance, making us feel completely safe and secure while out on the water.Finally, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was lovely and great to chat with. We would highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo it honestly exceeded our expectations! The location was fantastic. Even though it’s right by the docks, it felt incredibly peaceful and quiet, yet still so close to everything. We rented a boat and loved how convenient it was to dock it right at the property.The condo came with amazing water toys , paddle boats, kayaks, and more plus plenty of quality patio furniture, umbrellas, and a great barbecue grill. Everything you could need was right there.There’s even a nearby restaurant you can paddle to, which was such a fun and unique experience! The private cul-de-sac water area was perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or letting the kids swim safely.The home itself is beautifully remodeled with stylish furnishings, and the game room was a huge hit with the kids it kept them entertained. Having a washer and dryer was also a big bonus, especially when traveling as a family.Overall, this was a fantastic place in a great neighborhood peaceful, fun, and fully equipped. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Very good overall, owner was next door nice Man.. Close to Marina and launch it’s the good side of Disco. We have a 36’ boat that 11’ wide came back from poker run and the neighbors dock is approximately 16’ away and they had something attached to the dock so we couldn’t park in our spot however the owner let us park in his spot next door. Just something to clarify if you have a poker run style boat.

This is a wonderful relaxing home to enjoy! The layout is perfect with bedrooms upstairs, water access easy peasy and even super nice neighbors who came over to meet us. Great views of Marina traffic too. Will absolutely come back!!!!
