This property is in a great location. Good pier for docking a boat. The water is shallow, waist deep at the end of the pier, plenty for most boats. Nice flat yard between the house and lake for kids to play. There are two picnic tables which was good because some of our 10 family members chose to eat outside. The dining table only seats 8, kind of small for a house this big. Lots of rooms and beds. Bathrooms were done nicely. It’s an old house so the floors creak, hard to sneak around quietly late or early. The place could use better lighting. The only thing we found lacking was wash cloths, dish towels and hot pads. We were mostly interested in tubing and fishing, this was an ideal place for that. After getting a tip from the neighbor, the grandkids caught tons of fish right off the dock. We did spend one afternoon at the Volo museum, about 15 minutes away. Lots of shopping 10-15 minutes away.
