The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, laundry room with an eating area or work table, full kitchen, rear fenced yard. Front porch with rocking chairs. Newly renovated, but not perfect. Still has some vintage feel. Home away from Home!

Rear of unit offers a beautiful view of the 10th Street Connector that connects you to ECU Health and ECU Student Center. Smart TV's in bedrooms and Living Room.
