Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before leaving, please place all used towels and bed sheets in the laundry and start a wash cycle. If possible, run them through the dryer as well.
Please take out the trash, put it in a trash bag, and place it in the black bin in the garage. If you are checking out on Friday, please pull the bin to the curb outside the gate for city trash pickup

One bathroom's water didn't run hot. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed it. It's also not implied that there are 3 levels. It was much bigger than we expected which was cool.

Brand new property. Location was convenient, in an up and coming area. Only 4 regular size towels for 3 bedrooms, found a couple of dirty towels in the bathroom. Washer/dryer and detergent available but cleaners should be sure to check that. Overall nice place and I’d stay there again.

Property was great and the communication with the host was outstanding. Location was great so long as you plan travel time accordingly. Some small things to consider before you book include the parking area being a tad small, the main area (kitchen and living area; 2nd floor) was noticeably warmer (6 degrees warmer, outside temperature that day was around 89) than the other 2 floors which have the bedrooms, host had multiple fans around which did help some, if you have clumsy/overactive pets a petgate may be a good idea since the stairs may be a little steep for them. All things considered it was a great stay.
