Newly renovated, perfect family vacation home walking distance to Craigville beach! The home sleeps six comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room and great outdoor space with deck and Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit! The house was recently renovated with all new furniture and brand new mattresses.
The home is has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher, stove and microwave, toaster, coffee pot, lobster pot), flat screen TV with cable, central AC, washer/dryer, wireless internet, beach chairs, weber grill and outdoor shower. Also supply parking pass for several beaches and ponds.
Parking for 3 cars.
Excellent location and conveniently located in Centerville close to favorite local ice cream Four Seas and Centerville Playground and Country Store but away from the Cape's summer bustle.
Hyannis (about 3 miles away) is home to many restaurants, nightlife, shopping and ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, museums, and melody tent.

-Master Bedroom: Queen size bed
-Second Bedroom: One King OR 2 Twin
-Third Bedroom: One King OR 2 Twin

This is non-smoking residence.
Linens and towels are NOT provided you will need to bring them with you.

I recently purchased the home as a getaway. I live and work in Boston and love being at the beach! I was fortunate enough to do a handful of renovations before being able to rent it. It is a perfect getaway for a family or couples.
What makes this property unique
I think this property has the best location! You can walk to the beach or drive ( I supply a beach pass) and the outside entertaining space is also very relaxing.
