Fabulous sea st beach 5 min walk away

3 families of cousins and their kids. Each family had one floor with 2 bedrooms which worked out well. Loved the easy walk to the beach. 2 washer/dryer sets and option to add a pack and play/high chair also appreciated.

Brought family for week of July 4th Had a great time Location excellent. Went to Brewster, breakwater beach at low tide, 4th July parade and cape cod baseball in Hyannis Beach was nice and fireworks House is wonderful Management helpful We had a great time

House is very inviting and great location !! Two blocks to the nearest beach and walkable into Main Street Hyannis for all the shops! The rear deck is perfect to relax for breakfast, beach chairs and umbrellas on premise. The host Margaret is very attentive. Having all the bedrooms and bathrooms was an huge plus and plenty of off street parking. Our family loved our week here! Thank you

Great location, clean, plenty of space

This house is perfect for families, or adults visiting the Cape. It has plenty of room for sleeping, the outdoor patio comfortably sits 9 people to eat around the table, as well as the breakfast nook and dining room. The downstairs apartment type area was an added bonus and would be a great area for teens or in-laws. The location was also perfect, it is right down the street from Kalmus beach and very close to Main St. and shopping area. The house was very clean and totally equipped for everything you would need, from cooking to beach toys and board games if it's raining.

Spacious and clean house

This house is very clean and spacious. There are so many showers in the house so you don't have to wait to get a shower after coming back from the beach. It is very close to the Sea st. beach. It is also a walking distance to the Veteran's park beach, which has a playground for children. We also very much enjoyed the patio and the coffee from the fancy coffee machine! Overall it is a pleasant stay and we could not think of more to expect from a rental house.

Terrific beach house & location

We loved our time at this Hyannis beach home! The home was clean, comfy, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and a perfect size for our group. Only 5 min walk to a great beach where we watched the July 4th fireworks. The beach was not crowded during the day & was perfect for wading as the water is relatively shallow for some distance. The house is a comfortable walking distance away (around 15min) to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Our teens liked the home’s game room where they played darts and foosball. The property manager was always quick to answer any questions we had.

This house fits 10 comfortably, dinning tables are even big enough for 10. It’s a five minute walk to the beach. AC is sufficient but some room units are loud.

Great property

Margie was wonderful and responded quickly to some minor issues. Property was just as advertised and we had plenty of rooms to accommodate all 5 siblings and their plus 1’s. Having 5 bathrooms was a plus. The large dining room table fit all 10 of us for meals and we used the large deck to hang out together. We didn’t use the game room but it would be great for teens. Hyannis is a great location close to Keyes beach- easy walk and 15 minute walk to downtown. We had a great time. The grill needed a thorough cleaning- especially below the grates.

Perfect spot for a group!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! Three floors of bedrooms meant that the younger set didn't disturb the older set with late bedtimes and videogames :) The kitchen was well stocked with supplies which was great for whipping up feasts each day. Two decks, a large living room, dining area, and play room meant we weren't in each other's laps the whole time. We also loved the short walk to the beach and to Main St. Def check out Chez Antoine's for your morning coffee and pastry! Everyone had a blast and we made some great family memories here. I would definitely rent this home again!

Great house for large family or even 3 different families. Dog frendly. Convenient to beaches - a 5-15 min walk to 2 beaches; a 5 min drive to our favorite beach, Kalmus park. 20 min walk to Main St Hyannis....Kate's homemade ice cream was a hit; 20 min walk to Hyannisport harbor...Spanky's restaurant was a hit. Kitchen well appointed. Great playroom for big and small kids. Plenty of parking.

Great family vacation house. Plenty of space and well equipped.

This property was a great find. So close to the beach we walked there. The house is equipped with toys, games, water toys and beach chairs. There is a game room detached from the house. There is also a two bedroom apartment detached as well which served my daughters with little ones well. Multiple outdoor space with table and chairs which catch the shade throughout the day. Close to town and the Melody Tent! We saw Jason Aldean. Great show. Town is a mile away. Parks are close as well as several other beaches. We only stayed a week but you should stay two. Today would have been a day for a bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We had a hot week but still managed to get everything in.
