The place is lovely. My biggest thing was that the sound transfer from the door to the upper or main floor of the home is nearly non existent. You can hear everything when they are on the main floor. I would suggest adding a more sound proof door and perhaps a seal on the bottom as well. But the just was great at answering all my questions and accommodating me on a few things. Overall a good experience.
